Ripe Mirabelle and dried white currant blend with lime curd on the nose. The palate is slender, almost austere, but then the ripe, almost luscious fruit notions pop up again, amidst that bright, saline, vivid freshness. A beautiful and unusual rendition of Sauvignon Blanc with beautiful intensity and length.
