Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Fine, fragrant nose of dried tomatoes and raspberries, some sealing wax, cherries, then a clear peppery note and Mediterranean herbs. Medium-structured but expressive on the palate, with beautiful cherry fruit, juicy, pithy and prancing, really fun.
