The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Dolcevera has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Rich shining ruby red with garnet. On the nose light chocolate tone, slight bacon, then full cherries and dried rose leaf, fleshy approach to the finish. On the palate full and clear, shows gripping tannin, still seems young, delicately drying on the finish.
