The white wine Ficiligno Bianco Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Baglio di Pianetto has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Inzolia, Viognier from the region Sicily in Italy.
It has the brightest straw yellow colour with a silver touch. On the nose aromas of fresh pear and crisp Granny Smith apple, with lemon in the background. It opens on the palate juicy and vivid, supported by the finest texture, and a beautiful dancing acidity gives liveliness, and there is a fruity saltiness on the finish.
