Bright, radiant lemon yellow with green reflections. Initially slightly reductive, smoky, savoury aromas of fresh herbs, peppercorns and lime zest, which are also very vivid on the palate. Very tight and dense, lively acidity paired with stony minerality and lots of drive, good certain ageing potential.
