Tasting Notes
Impenetrable, deep ruby red. On the nose ripe blackberries and sour plums, in the echo roasted almonds, graphite and a touch of bay leaf. A lot of tension on the palate, lively acidity and taut tannin. In the finish crushed blueberries; harmonious and balanced.
More about the tastingRich, deep dark ruby red with a black core. Fine savoury aromas of white pepper, cardamom, some blood orange and light wood savouriness. Strikes the palate with tension, has an animating acidity and is dense throughout, with good structure, youthful, good ageing potential, may still mature.
