Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brilliant, intense straw yellow with delicate light golden reflections. Delicately fragrant on the nose, with candle wax, white peach and a hint of orange blossom, with hints of bergamot and lime blossom on the finish. Juicy and clear on the palate, with a great arc of tension, salty-juicy finish with harmonious play, lingers long and clean.
