Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow. Very fragrant and aromatic on the nose, white rose petal, nutmeg, a hint of apricot, delicate meadow herbs, hints of mint on the finish. On the palate with a fine texture and full body, slightly noticeable alcohol, not a lightweight, quite full-bodied, lingers for a long time, individual interpretation of an aromatic white wine.
