Bright, rich straw yellow with green reflections. Elegant aromas of ripe peach, honeydew melon and acacia blossom on the nose, with a savoury undercurrent of vanilla and candied lemon. Soft notion on the palate, with fruit and citrus aromas as it progresses, juicy and beautifully balanced, with a noticeable minerality on the long finish.
