Pale straw yellow, subtle hints of olive green. An appealing and revealing nose with candied fruit, subtle yeasty notes, freshly baked croissant and a hint of flint. Straightforward and clear on the palate, filling the mouth with fruit, supported by the well-integrated mousse, good length.
