Medium bright straw yellow colour with bright reflections. On the nose very complex and elegant with aromas of yellow apple and peach, jasmin, lime blossom, light white pepper savouriness and some nutmeg in the background. On the palate very mineral and fresh, straightforward and with good flow, lemon zest on the finish.
