It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio from the region Sicily in Italy.
Powerful, sparkling ruby-garnet colour. Inviting nose with notes of ripe cherries, some strawberry and coffee powder. Full-bodied and gripping on the palate, showing plenty of grippy tannins, unfortunately a little rough on the finish.
