Pale straw yellow in colour with silver reflections. The nose opens with a pleasant aroma of pear, and with a little air, notes of saffron, very complex and fine. The palate is elegant, mineral and slightly saline. Retro nasal notes reveal saffron again, with medium drive and an enjoyable finish.
