The red wine Fossolupaio, vintage 2015 from the winery Bindella has been rated in 2018 by Benjamin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Fine herbal notes on the nose, some sweet cherry, a clear and nuanced bouquet. On the palate, rather drinkable, juicy, wide-meshed tannins of good ripeness, light but not low in extract, an unobtrusive accompaniment to simple home cooking or cold dishes.
