The red wine Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Biondi-Santi Tenuta Greppo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, elegant ruby red with a brighter rim. Finely drawn on the nose, with ripe raspberry and juicy plums, great cedar notes and echoes of blood orange, delicate flint. Very juicy and balanced on the palate, with a great arc of tension. Comes in many layers, appears pure and precise. Presses again on the palate on the finish. Full of finesse and endless.
