Tasting Notes
Ruby red with some lightening on the rim. Intense nose, with notes of fresh plum, red currants, a fine fruit sweetness, hints of orange zest and figs, a touch of nougat. Complex, substantial, with silky tannins, salty on the finish, a lovely extracted sweetness, both delicate and fresh, a fantastic grippy minerality on the finish, lingering for minutes, red berries on the back palate, with an ageing potential to span many decades.
