Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Attractive white apple fruit, a touch of ripe mango, nuances of vanilla and candied orange zest, mineral touch, floral notes. Substantial, tight-knit, taut texture, subtle fresh white pear, finesse-rich acidity, notes of baking, lively on the finish, very long lasting, salty-mineral echo, safe ageing potential.
