Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Nuances of fresh peppermint and verbena, white peach, a hint of lime oil, very attractive bouquet. Taut, finely-meshed, mineral texture, fine stone fruit, chalky notes. Very light-footed and full of finesse, has the precision of a razor, lemony-spicy finish, very promising with certain ageing potential.
