Tasting Notes
Intense blueberry fruit, dark chocolate, blackberry, almost Zin-like expressiveness, powerful palate, crumbly tannin, very elegant use of wood, which rounds and lubricates the finish, the wine remains balanced despite the deep acidity, because the tannin, despite its mildness, still has enough dimension to invite you to chew. Noticeable alcohol, but not prominent.
More about the tastingDark ruby garnet, black core, delicate rim brightening. Inviting aroma of dark berry confit, underlaid with ethereal notes, a hint of herbal spice, some liquorice. Juicy, elegant, well-integrated tannins, finesse-rich acidity, blackberry fruit on the finish, delicate tobacco notes in the aftertaste, good potential.
