Tasting from 09.07.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine of dried herbs, black cherry, clear Syrah savouriness of olive and liquorice with some nougat beneath. Velvety, complex palate with notes of chocolate, mint and cassis, round and harmonious with good length.
