Bright straw yellow with pale golden reflections and persistent mousse. On the nose, sage, lavender and candied citrus zest, a hint of light honey, yellow peach and sea salt. Juicy on the palate, with a crisp core and well-integrated mousse, spans a beautiful arc, salty.
