The sparkling wine Opera Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Brut from the winery Bonfadini has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Bright, brightening salmon pink with a tendency towards onion skin colour. Some citrus fruit on the nose, hazelnut, plums and quince on the finish, appears somewhat ripe. Slightly oxidative tones on the palate, salty, but finishes a little tart at the back.
