The franciacorta Opera Rosé Brut Franciacorta DOCG from the winery Bonfadini has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Pale, delicate salmon pink. Slightly smoky and savoury nose, with hints of matchstick and just a hint of fresh red berries. Juicy and compact on the palate, opens with a crisp texture and well-integrated mousse, dry finish, salty.
