Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light salmon pink with persistent mousse. Wild strawberries on the nose, reminiscent of shortbread and hay, with flint and almonds in the background. Shows a certain juiciness and clear fruit on the palate, animatingly fresh, with delicate bitter notes in the finish, some peppermint, medium length.
