The franciacorta Opera Franciacorta Rosé DOCG from the winery Bonfadini has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright light orange. On the nose, honeycomb and delicate hazelnut, yeast, then meadow flowers and a clear hint of hay. Fruity on the palate with an elegant finish, opens up on finely spiced nuances, very dry and taut, leaves a clean mouthfeel, well made.
