Tasting from 14.07.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Cucumber water, pearl onions and canned lychee create a bizarre spectacle on the nose. Smoky, mineral accents. We are surprised. On the one hand, it is powerful and alcoholic on the palate, but on the other, it is certainly exciting when paired with the right food. We recommend shellfish with saffron sauce.
