Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright shimmering garnet red colour. On the nose there are delicate aromas of sour cherry and redcurrant, with a hint of undergrowth and yellow mustard seed. Juicy, pure and grippy on the palate, with tension and fresh acidity. The tannins are a little austere. Spicy notes on the finish.
