Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtle brightening on the rim rim. Initially somewhat closed on the nose, with notes reminiscent of candle wax, stony components, rose hips and black tea. On the palate, a distinct acidity, with crisp fruit, somewhat narrow on the finish and quite tight due to the acidity.
