Clear straw-yellow with a silver sheen and persistent mousse. On the nose it's as clear as a bell, redolent of citrus fruits and pear, with floral hints emerging that are reminiscent of elderflower. On the palate it's tangy and refreshing, with a subtle fruit sweetness and a lively, animating salty finish.
