Herbal savouriness, some pear, also still slightly fermentation aromatic. Tightly built on the palate, halfway between Kabinett and Spätlese in terms of weight, firm acid core, substance to bite into, but without astringency, straightforward Silvaner that brings freshness and a sense of place to the table.
