The white wine Picolit Friuli Colli Orientali DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Butussi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Picolit from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Bright, intense amber. Finely drawn, intense nose with notes of fresh date, some dried fig, quince and candied orange peel, cinnamon in the background. Round and balanced on the palate, light honey, again lots of date, some quince on the finish, lingers for a long time.
