The red wine Santuari FCO DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Butussi has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Rich, intense ruby. Opens with fine savoury notes of cardamom and bay leaf, then cassis, pomegranate and elderberry. On the palate supple and wide, unfolds with plenty of fine-meshed tannin, good tension, persistent and juicy on the finish .
