Tasting Notes
Rich, bright ruby colour. Presents itself on the nose with rich, clear fruit, of plums, then fine spicy notes, appears extremely fresh. Full on the palate, opens with lots of ripe and rich fruit, very vivid, then shows lots of crisp, firm tannin in the back, great drive.
More about the tastingSparkling ruby with a slight garnet shimmer. Classic nose with notes of ripe cherries and plums, with a hint of cloves. Full-bodied on the attack and on the palate, unfolds with grippy, fine-grained tannins, spans a wide range. Not an obtrusive wine, but an elegantly restrained wine that is simply a pleasure to drink.
