It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Shimmering, brilliant cherry pink in colour with a persistent mousse and slight haze. Fresh and fragrant on the nose, with subtle apricot, forest fruits, and great lemony components. The full-bodied palate is very dry and saline with a delicately fruity texture, and some tannin on the finish.
