Intense cherry red with brightening edges and persistent mousse. Initially fine earthy tones on the nose, then Amarena cherry, candied rose hip, raspberry, plus fine light savouriness. Hearty on the palate, radiant, with sweet fruit, the mousse is very well integrated, dry, juicy, clear, more of it!
