Brilliant apricot. Fragrant and expressive on the nose, with nuances of crisp raspberry, orange and fine redcurrant, with a sea salt aftertaste. Very juicy and very clear on the palate, showing a fine fruit texture with very well-integrated mousse, plus plenty of freshness and a racy pull, superbly balanced.
