Intense apricot with a delicate mousse. Roasted hazelnut on the nose, with a gentle raspberry aroma, some cherry and orange zest on the finish. Delicate fruity sweetness and plenty of racy acidity on the palate, with a perky mousse, balanced and very juicy, great with fatty charcuterie.
