The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Cantina Giovanni Ederle has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby red colour. A subtle nose of sugared wild strawberries and dried roses, doesn't quite come out of the glass. Piquant acidity and shy fruit on the palate, with a harsh, gruelling tannin finish.
