Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with fine garnet shimmer. Opens with light notes of varnish, then lots of cherry jam, balsamic vinegar in the background. Lots of juicy cherry on the attack opens with grippy tannin, light bread notes on the finish, brittle.
