The red wine Valpolicella DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Cantina Giovanni Ederle has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella
Bright ruby red with a gently brightening rim. On the nose there are notes of latte, pepper savouriness, plus some yeasty tones, also black berry fruit, not quite clean. On the palate it shows with a juicy notion, then gripping, crisp tannins, then a bit bold and harsh on the finish.
