Tasting from 17.02.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dried and confit dark wild berries and black cherry on the nose. In addition, hints of bay leaf and some anise. On the palate, balanced acidity, concentrated fruit and equally ripe, slightly noticeable tannin. Melting and at the same time salty long finish.
