Bright ruby red, subtly brightening rim. Open nose, subtle aromas of rum pot, walnut, rich Amarena cherries, with an aftertaste of warm smoke. Lots of grip and tannin on the palate, also lots of structure, emphasized on very ripe fruit, lingers for a long time, with slightly disturbing alcohol.
