This has an intense pale pink colour, with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are aromas of freshly cooked strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of orange, along some meadow herbs and red blossom. It is dry on the palate, with a cool fruit core, and it is juicy with a precise finish, and of medium weight.
