The spumante Il Prigro Metodo Classico Brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Cantine Romagnoli has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Bright, shimmering straw yellow. Aroma of candied lemon peel, fresh brioche and ripe mango, with buttercream. Spreads out elegantly, shows a fine saltiness, delicate in the course, somewhat coarse mousse, drinkable, brisk in the finish with a beautiful aftertaste.
