Delicately flint baby pink. Intense aroma of ripe cranberries and elderberries, plus gingerbread and cinnamon, with notes of thyme and hay in the background. Lively at the start, with dancing acidity, compact at the core, shows finesse and backbone, presses again on the palate in the finish.
