Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow. Roasted hazelnut on the nose, a hint of bread crust, followed by an aftertaste of varnish and delicate blossom. Fruity and clear on the palate with restrained mousse, spreads out beautifully, juicy, medium length, straightforward and fine.
