Amber in colour. Intense aromas of candied apricot, ripe pears and acacia honey on the nose, with a touch of nutmeg and a hint of pepper. Sweet, fresh and juicy on the palate, it's a little warming but with good balance between sweetness and acidity. Overall it's multi-layered, with a long finish.
