Tasting Notes
Bright, rich ruby garnet colour. Shows a bit restrained at first, then opens up with notes of prunes and cherry compote, as well as some liquorice and pepper. On the palate, plenty of grippy, slightly drying tannins at the core, combined with ripe notes of plum, quite rough on the finish.
