Fine citrusy aroma, white grapefruit, lime, green apple, pear, apricots, subtle herbal spice and yeasty notes. Fresh attack on the palate with a sweetish core balanced by lively acidity, fine spiciness in the finish, smooth, present mousseux, lovely as an aperitif and with light food.
