Brilliant, rich ruby with garnet rim. Intense, multi-layered nose of licorice, pickled peach, slightly dried plums and cloves. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, shows plenty of pithy, firm tannins, beautiful sweet melting, still needs some ageing, lots of potential.
